We Buy Junk Cars of Every Make
Which car brands do you buy?
All of them. H&H Cash for Junk Cars Chicago buys junk cars of every make on the roads around Riverdale and Chicago's far South Side, from Toyota, Chevrolet and Ford to Hyundai, Kia and Volkswagen, plus motorcycles, RVs and commercial trucks. The tow is free, and we pay by cash, Zelle or Cash App at pickup.

Japanese makes
- Toyota
- Honda
- Nissan
- Mazda
- Subaru
- Mitsubishi
- Lexus
- Acura
- Infiniti
- Scion
- Hybrids such as a Prius or a hybrid Camry carry a high-voltage battery pack. Tell us whether it's still in the car; don't try to take it out yourself.
- If the catalytic converter has been cut off, say so on the call. A missing converter changes the offer, not whether we buy the car.
American makes
- Chevrolet
- Ford
- Dodge
- Ram
- Jeep
- Chrysler
- GMC
- Buick
- Cadillac
- Lincoln
- Pontiac
- Saturn
- Mercury
- Oldsmobile
- Plymouth
- Brands that no longer exist, such as Pontiac, Saturn, Mercury or Oldsmobile, are bought the same way as current ones. We price the vehicle, not the badge.
- For a full-size pickup or SUV, tell us whether it's two-wheel or four-wheel drive, because it changes the hookup.
Korean makes
- Hyundai
- Kia
- Genesis
- Daewoo
- Many newer models start with a smart key. If the fob is lost, the car usually can't be shifted out of Park and is towed as a car that won't roll.
- If the car has sat long enough for the battery to die, the locks and the shifter may not respond. Say so, and the driver comes ready to tow it as a non-roller.
European makes
- Volkswagen
- BMW
- Mercedes-Benz
- Audi
- Volvo
- Mini
- Fiat
- Land Rover
- Jaguar
- Porsche
- Saab
- Plenty of newer cars have an electronic parking brake that stays locked when the battery is dead. If the rear wheels won't turn, tell us.
- Low, sporty cars can scrape on a steep driveway apron. Say if the car sits low or has been lowered.
Motorcycles and scooters
- Harley-Davidson
- Honda
- Yamaha
- Suzuki
- Kawasaki
- BMW
- Triumph
- Ducati
- Indian
- Vespa and other scooters
- Illinois titles motorcycles bought new from 1980 on, so expect to sign one over. Lost it? Tell us what you have.
- A bike stored in a basement, shed or gangway is fine. Tell us how it gets out to the street.
RVs, campers and commercial vehicles
- Winnebago
- Jayco
- Forest River
- Thor
- Keystone
- Coachmen
- Isuzu
- Hino
- International
- Freightliner
- Peterbilt
- Kenworth
- Mack
- Ford E-Series and Transit
- Chevrolet Express
- For a camper or trailer, the length and how it's parked matter more than the brand. We arrange the right tow for the size.
- For a semi, a box truck or a fleet vehicle, have the title for each unit and tell us which state issued it.
The make matters less than three other things
Whatever the badge says, the price and the plan come from the same details: whether the vehicle runs or rolls, what's damaged or missing, and where it's parked. The paperwork is the other half. With a title, you sign it over at the truck; without one, our no-title page explains how we check your papers against Illinois rules before the tow. If a total loss, a salvage certificate or an out-of-state title is involved, read out-of-state, salvage and rebuilt titles first.

Questions about makes and models
Is there any make or model you don't buy?
No make is turned away. Cars, pickups, vans and SUVs of every brand, plus motorcycles, RVs, campers, box trucks and semis. What we check on the call is the vehicle's condition, where it is and the papers, not the badge.
Does the make change the price?
It can, along with the year, the model, the condition and what's missing. That's why the form asks for year, make and model before anything else.
My car is a rare or imported model. Should I still call?
Yes. Give us the year, make and model as they appear on the title or registration, and we'll take it from there.
