Is there any charge for the tow truck?

Do I bring the car to your lot on Lowe Ave?
No. We come to you in our tow truck and load the car where it's parked. The lot isn't a drop-off point.
When can you pick up?
Any day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Same-day pickup is often possible if you call early, but we don't promise a fixed window.
Where do you pick up from?
Curbs, driveways, garages, alleys, apartment and condo lots, mobile home parks and repair shops in the towns we serve.
My car won't roll. Is that a problem?

Two junk cars at one house: one trip or two?
Yes. Several vehicles at one address can go in one visit.
Which vehicles
Pickups, vans and SUVs too, or only cars?

Do you take motorcycles, RVs or semis?
Yes. We buy junk motorcycles, RVs and campers, and box trucks and semi trucks. A bigger vehicle can need a different kind of tow; we arrange the right one for it.
Do you buy cars that still run?
We buy junk and end-of-life vehicles. If yours runs but you want it gone, call and describe it.
Does it matter if parts are missing?
Not for the pickup. Tell us what's missing, such as the engine, wheels or catalytic converter, so the offer matches the car.
Papers and payment
Can I sell a junk car without a title in Illinois?

How am I paid?
By cash, Zelle or Cash App, your choice, at the car when it's picked up.
Is there a deadline on your price?
No. The price we agree holds while you find the title or clear the way to the car.
Do the plates go with the car?
